RUTHY GOES HISTORICAL!!!!!
It all started with a mistake in 2013 and that resulted in "Red Kettle Christmas" my 1947 story of a hardworking Salvation Army nurse and bellringer... a woman who is working hard to pay back the goodness of faith, hope and love from the Booth Home in Manhattan... and finds her good deed turned into thoughts of love when a NYPD patrolman with a lot on his shoulders happens to hear the chime of her Christmas bell's plea. Coincidence? Of course not!
And that began my love affair with historical romance!
I tucked one into a delightful collection with friends "Hope for the Holidays" historical collection.... "A Town Called Christmas"...
And now I've followed that up with "Prairie Promises", a wonderful and heartwarming story of love in a soddy! :) Lest you think that's an unlikely task, I invite you to grab this wonderful book of NINE STORIES!!!! and see what you think.
And this group of wonderful authors has put together the opportunity to win this gorgeous "oh-my-stars!!!" gift basket!
